As a publicly held non-profit, operating under tax ID #59-2451690, the Southeast Volusia Historical Society funds the operation of the New Smyrna Museum of History through museum admissions, memberships, museum store sales, donations, fundraisers, the Volusia County Cultural Grant program, and with the support of the City of New Smyrna Beach.
The SVHS is registered with Guidestar / Candid Non-Profit registry and maintains a silver level certificate of transparency.
The SVHS is registered with the U.S. Government System for Awards Management (SAM), unique entity ID available upon request.
